This section was created in accordance with paragraph 3-1 of article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007, "On Education", to provide the lease (rent) of sports and recreational facilities owned by state secondary education organizations (hereinafter referred to as the lessor) according to the Rules approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2020, No. 65.
At the same time, tenants of state property can view information on lease agreements concluded with them, in particular, on the accruals under such agreements, penalties, and paid rent payments.
Access to the databases on lease agreements with secondary education organizations is provided to lessors and tenants, provided they have an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan.
Access to the databases is provided based on a written application to join the Agreement for cooperation (download the application form), submitted by the lessor to the joint-stock company "Information Accounting Center", designated as the sole operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011, No. 802.
